| Hi there. I am new. Just wanted to introduce myself. I lost 40 lbs on a neat plan, and I get to eat whatever (as long as its healthy)I want between meals, and for supper I can have MacD's if I please. Has anyone else been over to http://www.yourlastdietforever.com ? That's what I'm doing. Has anyone else seen thesse results? |
