Post subject: Using the Balance Ball exercise routine

Just thought I'd give you a quick update on my diet/exercise routine. I chose the Core Secrets program for my weight loss regimen. I have old ankle and knee injuries that become inflamed sometimes. I chose this plan because it is no impact.
Well let me tell you, they make it look really easy on the DVDs for the program. Just sitting on the ball takes a lot of focus and efflrt. I have flipped over the ball twice. Now it has become an attractive nuisance in my room.
Ok, so I haven't exactly been doing it with any frequency. Thank goodness my room isn't wired with webcams so others can witness my ineptitude and total lack of grace.
Next week I'll really get into it. Then I might actually burn some calories. |
