Post subject: The Naked Truth

Tonight just before my bath I took a good long look at myself in the mirror. It is a full length mirror by the way. You know those things don't lie. For the first time I took a good long look. I didn't like what I saw. I am [b]fat[b]. It s the first time I've admitted it to myself. I've taken on the lovely Pillsbury doughboy look.
So this rude awakening has really given me the incentive I need to take my health seriously. My goal is to lose 43 pounds. There's no time like the present. |
