New Beverly Hills Product Line Has FDA Approval

Beverly Hills Weight Loss & Wellness®, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weight Loss Forever

International (OTC Bulletin Board: WLFI - News), has entered an agreement with ProMedis, a division of Jamieson Laboratories, to market its line of health and food supplements. ProMedis, whose formulas have approval from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration, develops products for weight management and bariatrics.

"The ProMedis line of food supplements is a high-profile addition to the quality products we already offer," explained Michael D'Apolito, President of Beverly Hills. "Our major competitor doesn't offer FDA-approved health food supplements, so obviously we see this as an important marketing niche to take advantage of." ProMedis will be promoted and priced as top-of-the-line premium products, and will soon be included on the company's new e-commerce website at Beverly Hills Weight Loss.

The ProMedis family of products consists of functional foods, such as soups, puddings, beverages, health bars and snacks hallmarked by peptide and protein formulas that address obesity. ProMedis company spokeswoman Stephanie Blok explained, "Consumers want a variety of tasty choices in their health supplements. Consumers get bored eating the same supplements over and over. Variety keeps up their interest in staying on the plan."

Established in 1922, Jamieson Laboratories is Canada's largest manufacturer and distributor of advanced natural health-care products. The company is a world leader in the vitamin and nutrition industry, exporting to over 30 countries, including the USA, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore.
