TRIMSPA, in association with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), is hosting an exclusive worldwide talent search for future professional wrestling superstars at the GNC Show of Strength and World Fitness Expo, October 8-9, at the Cobb
Galleria Centre in Atlanta, GA.
The TRIMSPA – TNA “Gut Check Challenge”
talent search is open to men and women who will compete for a $4000 purse and
an appearance on TNA Wrestling, exclusively on FOX Sports Net and select Pay-Per-View
outlets. Additional prizes in the competition include a 4-week training program
at the TNA Wrestling Academy and a cover shoot and story in Physical magazine,
a national General Nutrition Center (GNC) Gold Card Member publication.
The TRIMSPA – TNA “Gut Check Challenge” will be held on Friday,
October 8 and Saturday, October 9 in the Cobb Galleria main ballroom. Contestants
must be at least 18 years old and will be judged on agility, flexibility, strength,
and personality in six categories: Squat Challenge, Running the Ropes, Back
Bump, Mat Techniques, and Ring Interviews.
Several TNA wrestling superstars will be in Atlanta to judge contestants competing
in a TNA regulation six-sided ring, including: “The Phenomenal”
AJ Styles, TNA Knockout “Trinity,” and “Alpha Male”
Monty Brown, a former New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills professional.
In addition, the GNC Show of Strength and World Fitness Expo Show weekend will
demonstrate the strength and fitness of athletes in events such as: Men’s
and Women’s Body Building, Women’s Fitness and Women’s Figure,
World Powerlifting Finals Arm Wrestling, X-Treme Strong Man Competition, Lee
Haney’s Teen Challenge, “Train with the Pros” Training Seminar,
an International Expo, and the Men’s and Women’s TNA Wrestling Talent
Search.
Other events and appearances include: Athletic demonstrations, daily live entertainment,
the world recognized and one-of-a-kind TRIMSPA Orange County Chopper “Race
Car” Bike, the custom built TRIMSPA Bourget Bike and TRIMSPA model Mandy
Thron.
