today that it has signed agreements for four (4) new Weight Loss Forever (WLF)
franchises. This represents a 22% increase in the number of WLF locations bringing
the company's unit count to twenty-two (22). The new units will be in Charlotte
(2), Concord and Eden, North Carolina.
