
Feel like snacking.. stop!
Snacking is taken lightly but has heavy consequences. It's so easy and quick to grab something, eat it and not realize the impact. Next time before you go and grab a bag of chips, candy bar, etc., think of the impact and replace that with something healthy. Water, believe it or not can alter your craving just by simulating the act of consuming something. If that doesn't do it, try munching on vegetables or fruit.
